3. To make an international call, go through 3 easy steps:

1. In the Skype program, you must find and add a Skype-name "skype.scandicom.fi" to your contact list.
2. Call the added Skype name "skype.scandicom.fi".
3. Send a chat-message to skype.scandicom.fi with the phone number you want to call to in the international format: 0078121234567.
